Joseph is a specialist in the development of training materials and as a teacher of adults. He is presently a Dean in an Ontario College. He has developed hundreds of training modules and programs.

All The RSF courses/programs consider the profile of the learner and the course then has the appropriate pedagogy and androgogy applied. People who learn by doing (kinaesthetic learners) are usually found in the fire and security fields and all RSF courses are hands on learning experiences which maximize retention and application. It is his role to insure that the learning materials are suited for the profile of your staff.
